From a different professional background, Duda Breda first graduated in International Relations with emphasis in Marketing and Business at ESPM/SP.

 
His first photography course took place on his 4th semester during college at Escola São Paulo. The course was all about self perception and own eyes towards photographs. In this program, Duda Breda had his first project and group exhibition, named 17 AUGUSTAS, with curatory by Claudia Jaguaribe.

In 2017, he graduated in Digital Photography and Video at Miami Ad School, Miami, Florida. Two months after that, he exhibited his project named Kalos Kagathos in a solo exhibition at Bossa Gallery. The same name project gave Duda a honorable mention by IPOTY (International Photographer of the Year) on 2018.

Nowadays, he lives in São Paulo where he keeps his own studio at Barra Funda.
